They gave us a double room with great mountain views. Hair dryers, terry cloth bathrobes and towels were very handy. Comfortable place for skiing.

Uniquely decorated and air conditioned room. Plus it had an absolutely stunning view. The staff was professional and were more than helpful. Fab location to an imposing mountain. Easy check-in & good service.

breakfast was comprehensive, the bed was extremely comfy, the staff was always available. warm & cozy room with a clean bathroom. handy location, an easy walk to riffelberg. sandy public beach, that was what we liked.

Located in 2 miles from the matterhorn. We enjoyed the fact that we chose riffelhaus 1853. The hotel was right by Zermatt train station...
